Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Set to Face Heavy Fines in the UK Over Harmful Content: Report

Britain's broadcasting watchdog Ofcom would be given new legal powers to monitor, investigate and fine social platforms for sharing or live-streaming "harmful" videos.
